Creastairs covers your stairs with a special water-based roller coating, containing small colored pigment particles. This not only looks nice and sleek, but is also very safe, thanks to a high anti-slip value.
Because the coating is waterproof and very strong, you get a low-maintenance, robust, scratch-free and easy-to-clean staircase that remains good for a very long time. We renovate your stairs within 1 day and without cutting or breaking work. As a result, you will hardly have any inconvenience and you can use the stairs again immediately.
We do the renovation of the stairs in close consultation with you as the applicant, and if necessary we work together with architects, constructors or other
specialists.
Periodic maintenance
As a VvE it is nice if you know where you stand. That you are guaranteed perfect maintenance over a long period of time, for a fixed rate.
That is why we are happy to offer our customers a 10-year maintenance contract. For a fixed amount per year, we guarantee optimal maintenance and a stairwell in perfect condition.
We periodically come by for inspection and we repair any damage immediately.
